As community manager of the largest UK jigsaw puzzles websites in the UK, I know the industry in and out like a mcdonalds. Over the years as keen puzzle fan myself, we’ve come up with 3 ways to ensure there’s a higher chance you end up doing your puzzles.

1) Picking the correct amount of pieces. Along with the image, this is most probaly the second most important thing you should look at when choosing your jigsaw, but most people don’t. The worst thing to do is to get halfway through you puzzle and end up getting bored. If you recongnize you’re doing this when doing 1,000 piece puzzles, start buying 500 pieces.

2) Go for a design your passionate about. Some people will buy jigsaws they think “look” nice, but they aren’t passionate about it. If you really into dogs, buy a dog jigsaw puzzle. This way you wont get bored and just throw it to one side. If you even like it that much, hang it on the wall with jigsaw puzzle glue.
